Customers
shall register complaints /problems /feedback about BHEL products
and services through e-mail
Customers are also
welcome to address any non-profit / contract related issues like
Fresh enquiry for some
supplies / services, technical advice, etc. The centre would ensure
that such enquiries are sent to appropriate quarters within BHEL and
also that they respond.
Interactive

the necessary solutions for the customer requirements.
