I am very glad to know that Ramagundam Unit-VII Boiler has been lighted up on 27th April, 2004
in a record time of 32 months and 5 days from the award of the Main Plan award. My heartiest
congratulations to the entire BHEL team for achieving this new benchmark. I am sure you will
be keeping-up this tempo to synchronise the unit in record time & before July, 04.

It gives me immense pleasure to convey that after restoration work, all the seven units of Srisailam Hydro Electric Project have been successfully recommissioned in record time and are operating at full load. The excellent support extended by BHEL in restoration
and recommissioning work is indeed commendable. My thanks to the entire BHEL team which has contributed to this achievement.
